What we collect

The quote form

When you send the pickup request form, we collect what you type into it: your name, email, an optional phone number, your city, the service type you select, and any free-text details or photos you include about the job. That’s the extent of what’s asked for — there’s no hidden field collecting anything beyond what’s visible on the form itself.

The page also keeps track of how you arrived here — things like utm_ campaign parameters in the link you clicked, and the referring page, if any. That attribution data is held in your browser’s sessionStorage for the length of your visit and is submitted along with the form when you send it. It’s used only to understand which pages and links lead to a request, not to track you across other sites.

What we don’t have

No third-party analytics or tracking

This site does not run any third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking scripts. There’s no cookie banner because there’s nothing here that sets tracking cookies. The only script on the site handles the form itself — validating what you typed and sending it along when you submit.

How it’s used

Responding to your request

Submitted form details go to our internal lead system so we can follow up, confirm scope, and schedule the job. We use it for that purpose only. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone else.

Removing your details

If you’d like the details you submitted removed from our records, reply to the email or message you receive after you send the form and ask us to delete them.
